This course makes sure that we develop the necessary interpersonal and team skills for successful missionary service for our Lord Jesus Christ.  Ideally, all members of the missionary team should do the course together.  The syllabus covers:

	Overcoming relationship killers
	Loving listening and drawing people out
	Helping others solving problems
	Confronting and receiving confrontation
	Resolving conflicts and building trust
	Living well in community
	Helping others cope with loss
	Managing stress and maintaining margins
	Being an encourager
	Confirming your gifts
	Defining a team and valuing its advantages
	Forming a team
	Agreeing team working arrangements
	Agreeing an action plan
	Developing the roles of team leader and members
	Building a strong team
	Caring for the missionary family
	Partnering successfully with your home church and your missionary agency
	Developing useful team meetings
	Using time effectively
	Avoiding common pitfalls
	Withstanding culture shock
	Developing prayer and spiritual warfare
	Enlisting prayer partners and giving supporters
	Taking care of practical matters (taxes, etc.)
	Maintaining moral purity
	Dealing with emergencies
	Visiting your home country
	Moving on to other work.

The course costs GB£ 95 and includes extensive workbooks and personal guidance through telephone and email tutorials.
