Mobilising churches to take their full place in forwarding world evangelism. Under God's direction - as in Acts 13 - local churches can have an enormous impact on world mission. Ideally, all members of a church missionary committee should do the course together. This course takes you through a process of enabling a church to become effective for missions in the following areas. 

	Assessing the church's present efforts in mission making plans for mission involvement
	Assessing church leadership for mission involvement
	Forming a Mission Action Group and coordinating its work
	Arranging a missions conference
	Establishing a missions information centre
	Recruiting and training missionaries
	Mobilising prayer
	Gathering financial support
	Sending, caring for and communicating with missionaries
	Cooperating with missionary agencies and other churches
	Educating the church about missions

It will usually take several months to work through the material and implement the suggestions in a church.

The course costs GB£ 35 and includes workbooks and personal guidance through telephone and e-mail tutorials.
